Description
Das zweite Modell, „Junges Porträttypus (1876–1918)“ (Ausgabe 1901–1918) ist ein Großkreuz aus vergoldetem Silber. Das weiß emaillierte lateinisches Kreuz hat einen schmalen Goldrand, in den Winkeln ist er goldgerändert und er ist mit grün emaillierte Eichenzweige mit roten Früchten und gekreuzten Schwertern verziert. Im Medaillon, auf der Vorderseite, ist auf weißem Emaille das nach rechts blickende Porträt von Herzog Albrecht abgebildet. Umgeben ist es von einem hellblauen Emailring mit goldener Inschrift “ALBERTUS ANIMOSUS” und goldenen Arabesken mit kleinem sechszackigem Stern darunter. Auf der Rückseite ist das Medaillon vergoldet, bekrönt mit dem königlichen Wappen mit blauem Emailring und datiert mit dem Jahr 1850. Die Silberpunze „S“ ist auf dem unteren Kreuzarm zu finden. Getragen wird der Orden an einer originalen Schärpe, wobei leichte Abnutzungsspuren zu finden sind. Der Erhaltungszustand des Ordens ist in vorzüglich. Maße: ca. 54 × 88 mm | The second model, “Young Portrait Type (1876–1918)” (issued 1901–1918), is a Grand Cross made of gilt silver. The white enameled Latin cross has a narrow gold rim, which is gold-edged at the angles, and is decorated with green enameled oak branches with red acorns and crossed swords. The medallion on the obverse features a right-facing portrait of Duke Albrecht on white enamel. It is surrounded by a light blue enamel ring with the gold inscription “ALBERTUS ANIMOSUS” and gold arabesques with a small six-pointed star below. On the reverse, the medallion is gilt, crowned with the royal coat of arms with a blue enamel ring and dated 1850. The silver hallmark “S” is found on the lower arm of the cross. The order is worn on its original sash, which shows slight signs of wear. The medal is in excellent condition. Dimensions: approx. 54 × 88 mm
