Diese Gedenkmedaille aus einer versilberten Legierung hergestellt und zeigt auf der Vorderseite ein erhabenes, nach rechts gerichtetes Profil von König Maximilian I. Joseph. Weiters ist sie umgeben von seinem Namen und Titel. Wobei die Rückseite ein zentrales, mit einem Kranz umgebenes Monogramm, ohne Markierung, aufweist. Sie ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand erhalten.
